It’s truly a great device to have! First of all, it was shipped in 3 hours and arrived in a bit less than 4 weeks, completely wrapped in bubbles so to not have anything damaged at all. Secondly, since I already had a previous device with an app (Pet Zero), I didn’t had to install another one to connect with this. Thirdly, depending on the size of the kibble, it releases 5-6 grams per total, meaning each bowl gets around 3 grams per portion so if you want your cats to get the right amount of food and not get fat, you need to do a little bit of math as cats need more “dinners” throughout the day as opposed to dogs that can go with 2-3 meal times. For me, the sound also worked great, no issue with he microphone nor the sound coming from the recording. Lastly, this is so far, the greatest device you could get to escape the headaches of having to keep putting food in the bowls for your cats as it doesn’t use much electricity either and I highly recommend both the product and the seller!

Инструкция на английском. Работает именно так, как указано. Небольшой минус: в левую емкость попадает немного меньше корма, чем в правую. Возможно, это заметно из-за достаточно крупных гранул (тут претензия только к производителю корма, меньше не делает, увы). Настройки после отключения питания сохраняются.
Пробное кормление кошкам понравилось.

Она и смотрится стильно 🙂 Заказывала кормушку с приложением – Все отлично работает, на андроид скачала приложение в плеймаркете. Приложение простое, разобраться легко: до 12 кормлений в день можно настроить, определенное время, вплоть до минуты! А так же можно выбрать разный объем порций. Так же есть запись голоса. Вещь очень полезная, продавец честный, вежливый, в общем очень рекомендую к покупке, вы не пожалеете!

Разбирается легко и удобно, моется так же. Единственное замечание к кормушке, аудиозапись голоса вроде как есть, но ее по факту нет. Сколько не пытались перезаписывать, ничего не слышно.

The product is way better than I expected. Works pretty fine with the app. Parts easly removable and washable. 2 years of warranty. The only thing I think it should be improved is the fact that the ration doesn’t slide to the center. It stay cornered where it falls, making it difficult for the pet to reach it.

One portion is about 3 grams (as for Royal Canine Aroma Attraction). So it would be best if you counted portions accordingly (better weight it). The feeder works great and is flawless. Cats were afraid of mechanical sounds, but they got used to them very soon.

Work almost perfect. The machine doesn’t split the food in the same portion. But it’s a detail. My cats were afraid but in less than a week they are super confident with their feeder. 5 weeks waiting, but came in perfect conditions. Great product for when you are out and you cats needs their food. Everything works with wifi and app where you can setup their feeds with alarms. Not too difficult to understand.

Спасибо! Отличная кормушка протестировали уже больше месяца, нареканий нет,все работает.
На двоих кошек нам хватает корма полный бак на три недели.Легкое управление,нужно скачать приложение умный дом привязать с телефоном,выбрать порции и время, по желанию записать голос .Нужен только wi fi, когда все запрограммируете и вдруг будет потеряна связь с wi fi все равно подача корма будет, есть батарейки для поддержания работы, тестировали : отключали от сети потом подключали все равно подача корма работает как положено во время. Если есть всегда сеть можно из любого города делать дополнительную подачу корма, все работает.
Наши котики рады:) не нужно ждать по утрам когда их накормят:) Режимное питание! Кошки не переедают .

Very good quality. It takes a bit of effort to figure how to set up a meal plan but once it is set you are good to go. FYI: Feed number is how much food will fall in the bowls on each serving. Dry food makes a lot of noise in the metal inserts so we just removed them, much quieter falling into the plastic bowls. Box was a bit damaged but product was in perfect working order. Arrived faster than expected to New Zealand. Will gladly use this seller again.
